Shout out box is to shout out. You may shout out anything.. But remember, no cyberbullying! That is strictly forbidden! If any members fight using the shout out box, I will ban the shout out box for a limited time and the member MAY WILL be banned. So be careful. You may spam there but not TOO much! And of course, you can only reply 2 post at a time! That means you cannot keep posting and posting!
